Our Story
It all started in 2013 when Haq's life-long dream of starting his own software consulting firm became a reality.
Prior to 2013, Haq had worked for 14 years in the Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality and Software Development industries. In 2013, he got hired by Walt Disney World (Orlando, Florida) as Maximo Techical SME (contract). His claim to fame there was upgrading IBM Maximo from version 6.2 to 7.5, which was meant as a pilot for the entire Walt Disney World (WDW) family, and to be delivered for the soon-to-open Disney Shanghai Resort (China). Haq delivered the pilot project with the highest quality and was hailed as the "Maximo guru". While sitting at the Team Disney office in Orlando, Florida, and enjoying a very comfortable role, the word "complacent" kept ringing in Haq's head. He told himself "what are you waiting for?", "if not now, then when?" and he decided to take the leap of faith and opened HK Global Services with his brother, Khuram Khan.
The H in HK stands for Haq (Founder) and K stands for Khuram (Co-Founder).
The words Global Services were selected as Haq always believed in a global marketplace and economy. HK Global Services is primarily supporting clients in USA and Canada, but our long-term vision is to be a global brand; innovating and providing exceptional services and products to clients, customers, partners and end users worldwide.
Haq's main motto has been "I place a higher priority on humans over machines and technology".

Founder & CEO
Haq is a technology leader and professional with 25+ years of exceptional track record.
He graduated from University of Tampa (Tampa, Florida) with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Finance.
Throughout his career, Haq has continuously taken on multiple roles and has been involved in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) – from inception to delivery.
Haq has an Active Secret Clearance with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
